
These crazy creatures are called "yaks". The higher up you go, the more authentic, or pure of breed they are. In the lower valleys they look like cows but the real yaks are crazy hairy and scary!

This was really neat to see; a sign for school that was established by Hillary.

As we climbed, Nick was diligent in taking pictures of the elevation on his watch. Here we are at 12,320 ft. Getting a little more out of breath!

This is what a typical place looked like to stop and eat lunch while trekking. Usually we would order soup, ramen noodle type stuff, or rice and such.

While we were in Namche Bazaar we were able to meet up w/ another team that was doing ministry in the region.

We saw some quite beautiful creatures while trekking!
