We ARE HERE

This place where we ate had really cool furniture. I really like this table and the stools b/c the stools had little feet props.These are the little stools we sat to eat. They were super comfy!
We took an early morning adventure and explored a little village and ate at this restaurant with a terrace on top. Food was excellent and it was good time with friends!


We went to a deer park and it had walking trails alongside. There was a sign next to the start trail and this is what it read so please observe and enjoy this: these are all the things you can do while walking the trail.

Hello to all,

We wanted to post to let you know that we have made it! We are staying for about 2 weeks for a field orientation in the capital. It has been quite an adventure this past week. We are encouraged by our leadership here to get out after classes are finished and engage the community; this could be visiting historic sites and then asking locals questions about it, going and getting a pedicure in hopes of meeting a local lady and conversing with her, or trying things from a sweet shop, etc. We have been out and about since we've been here and it has been a great opportunity. I have learned that living here in South Asia is a process; everything takes time. For instance, going to the market takes time, washing your clothes and allowing them to dry outside, ordering food, etc. I am learning a lot about myself and tolerance/patience levels. It has been so good; for the Father has made it good and I praise Him for that.
