Thank you all for the words of wisdom and encouragement! Nick and I made an executive decision to post a fun post, something a little more uplifting and funny. We have been without electricity most of the day today; it's pretty awesome when you get up early and spend a lot of time trying to make cinnamon bread...preheating the oven...ready to bake it for b-fast & then...power is OUT!!! We do have an inverter but it just was not up for doing its job today. so, bad news bears friends. It's a good thing that it has started to cool down or else today would have been much more of a struggle. Instead, we decided to work on language. We worked on it with our house helper and that was a good time...i think. I took some pictures around the house from things that we have been doing since we've been home. Nothing ground shattering but it's a little more light hearted.

It's Gail from CECB..Cindy told me about your blog so I've been keeping up with your adventures. When I loose faith in humanity I'm frequently heard saying "I'm getting another dog"...maybe instead of getting more dogs I'll read your spirit lifting blog....keep up the good work!
