We walked through an international neighborhood..on through the Indian segment. It was prettty rad.
While we were in training we took a "fieldtrip" haha, to DC for an assignment. We had a piece of paper that had a list of things that we needed to complete by the end of the day. It was a FANTASTIC time. Not only did we get to talk to some South Asian people, we also had the opportunity to see some wonderful historic sites. We also tried some new food..Ethiopian food..very interesting I can say now. We had a great time that day with some stinkin' awesome people.
There was so much culture in the part of the city we were in; I loved it!
