time to catch up

hello dear friends.

It is time for me to catch my breath and catch up on my blog. Life has been awesome and crazy! Nick's mom, dad, & sister just came for a stay with us! It was so incredibly amazing. We took them into the mountains; they met our partners who we work with; they tried a lot of local food, etc. They did rockin' awesome with India! We are so proud of how good they did! THe Lord most definitely filled our hearts with refreshment for them and focus; and he made every bit of our time so meaningful with them. They were wonderful! Now; I am sitting in Nepal just finishing my dinner. We flew in this afternoon and the cool weather warms my heart! On Sunday we are taking a flight into the mountains and embarking on our grand adventure of hiking to the base camp of Everest! It is one of our dreams and we are pretty excited to do media work along the way. You can pray for God's hand of protection to be over us; that He would give us either a translator or english speakers we can share with; and that we will not be hit with altitude sickness. We are pretty stinkin' pumped about our trip; and we are excited to share all of this with you. We will be up there for about 2 weeks so be sure to check back for updates and pictures then.
