Upon entrance into each village a routine developed. There were plastic chairs, basins of water, and mini footstools for our feet to be washed. To have our feet washed proved time and time again to be a humbling and very unworthy moment. I have never felt anything like that before, their hearts are so big and servant minded. It was amazing to experience.

A group of girls posing for the camera.

These girls followed my camera around in the first village. They would run up to see their picture as soon as I snapped the shot.

The newfound fruit: the custard apple. Some villagers picked it and gave it to us to eat in the first village. It was quite tasty. I would compare it to a mushy pear. Tastes pretty good.
